Delete your NanoRoom account
You can request permanent deletion from inside NanoRoom or without access to the app. Never send us your password, Google token or session token.
From the app
Open the authenticated utility menu, choose “Privacy & data”, then “Request account deletion” and confirm. The signed-in session proves which account is concerned and the server returns a request reference.
Without the app
Email support@nanoroom.io from the address associated with your sign-in when possible. Include your NanoRoom display name and the approximate date you last played. We may ask for limited additional information solely to verify ownership.
What happens next
- Active sessions are revoked and the account can no longer be restored after deletion.
- This deletes your NanoRoom account and its Google sign-in association; it does not delete your Google account.
- Account, profile, social, gameplay, support and enabled analytics data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
- Narrow records required by law or fraud prevention may be retained for the necessary period; backups age out under the recovery lifecycle.
- We normally complete or answer the request within one month.
